"I was in a dealership in a hurry trying to get the fastest ins i could think of and i had state farm in New Mexico when i lived there, I'm in Arizona now and i honestly didnt ask around and was already getting my new car big mistake , I spoke with Ashley M Kappel to get my auto insurance which because of my ticket record I always pay a high amount, in my opinion agents should be looking for the best option for their customers thats being, if they want higher options, or probably someone like me who is younger, and honestly trying to find the one thats going to save me some money, she mentioned she was going to try get me a discount so I was up for it, mind you im sitting in the dealership just trying to get this over with, I just agreed which now I know it was she was offering me the life ins, which I really dont care for right now, mostly that im js trying to get save money no matter how much it is, I called April 14 trying to cancel that life ins so I can save those couple of bucks, I mentioned to her that I didnt really get explained well about the life ins and she got mad and started sounding like she just wanted to hang up so she did, which is really unprofessional, and rude for a new customer, i talked to the manager right after and she did let me know she canceled the life ins and that my normal auto ins was going to go back to 276, now it is April 20 and I got charged the life ins, and which is really unprofessional on Ashley just because I told her she should had explained to me a little more what she was talking about, so she decided not do anything and not cancel it when i had called on time, and now I got charged for the life ins again, now I called and now suppously it's going to go up to 311 which is alot more from 276, if your a young person please be careful and look around and get more information because its really messed up they are here to help and they just want to make money, really upset that this happened to me. And I work at customer service as well and it is really unprofessional to hang up on customers!"

"This agency is no good, I switched over with them from another insurance company because they quoted me a little lower just so they can cancel my policy after 1 month of use due to some bs reason when I added a motorcycle to the policy."

"Requested a quote via an Ad on Facebook. Little did I know it would open me up to constant calls all day and night from insurance salesmen. Most of them have been understanding about the situation and respectfully removed my number from their list. Not this place.... This lady calls me today for 3rd time, trying to sell me insurance. When I explain the situation and respectfully ask I be removed from their call list, she gets an attitude and slams her phone down, like I did something wrong for not wanting to buy from her. Very unprofessional. Even IF I was in the market for new insurance, I would go out of my way to avoid this place. Corey, you need to get your salespeople in check."
