I opened my agency in 1992 and currently lead a team of nine. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked as a claims representative, giving me valuable experience in the insurance industry before stepping into agency ownership. State Farm is truly a family tradition for us! Both my twin brother and older brother are agents, along with my two sons and a nephew. It's something our family has been passionate about for generations.

ROLE DESCRIPTION
As a Customer Service Representative with Corey Williams - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance business. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agent team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Answer customer inquiries and requests.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Dedicated to customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
Compensation $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
